The Texans have reportedly traded a conditional draft pick to the NY Jets for veteran WR Derrick Mason.
This move comes after a very poor showing by Jacoby Jones stepping in at the #1 WR in the absence of Andre Johnson. This could prove to be a great move in getting an experienced WR to step in for the next few weeks until AJ is back and then would be an excellent compliment thereafter.
Its also worth mentioning that he has played for both the Ravens and Titans, who the Texans face over the next two weeks. Look for Mason to fit right in.
